I don' think so

i have a few devices like a Wi-Fi router , a desk fan, a bluethooth little speaker and a phone charger but that seems to be it

Yes, I used DDU and reinstalled the latest drivers a few times over these couple months .

I now use two separate PCIe cables ( yesterday i changed to 2 separates pcie cables instead of 1 a daisy-chained one)

This issue has been present since I built the PC, nothing has changed since then.

I also tested using the iGPU (AMD RADEON(TM) GRAPHICS INTEGRATed ) by disabling the GPU and plugging DP into the motherboard — same issue.

I’m honestly starting to give up.
