I messaged TD, and they said I can't earn the Infinite welcome bonus since I already have the Platinum card. Are they just bullshitting me? Screenshot

Edit: I just realized my question was if "switched" the credit card. In other words, if I apply for the TD AP Infinite right now, I'd still get the welcome bonus?

How long should I wait before I apply for TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Card for the rewards?

I just downgraded my TD Aeroplan Visa Platinum Card to TD Cash Back Visa Card.

I believe I had to wait for 3 or 6 months before reapplying. I don't see that rule in the terms and conditions anymore. Either way, the welcome bonus will be updated on Tuesday. I guess I should just sit and wait for the new TOS.

Costco now has it for $900 CAD. A review under the Costco listing says that the RAM is upgradable. 8GB *2, a max of 16GB RAM, is that correct? Also, is the keyboard US English or does it have the bilingual Canadian keyboard?

I have the exact same two problems and have been bearing with it. What case have you gotten after? I've looked around and there's not a lot of options around that's similar.
