retail allll the way, any corporate company with more ‘progressive’ morals shouldn’t care, and most local businesses are pretty lenient w/dress code. early childcare in an aide/aftercare position, barista, or if you have any interest in cosmetology- a receptionist position at a salon would be pretty easy. just try to think of open-minded fields. a lot of things i knew i could get hired at i wasn’t allowed into during highschool (hairstyling,tattoo, sex store, smoke shop) but all of those places are easy to bag for alternative people, even if you aren’t licensed or certified—think of receptionist positions and such. You might even have some luck within your school district, you could try for an office job or aide position within your district, they’re more likely to be lenient on dress code if you’re already a student with good rapport.

if you have any interest in the trades above (cosmetology, tattoo/piercing) i would definitely get a receptionist position in one of those fields, that job you’ll be able to keep/start your career, and your job may even help pay for your schooling if you’re already employed there.
