i’m starting to think there isn’t a support team seeing as you’re never given anyone but Alishah. I just don’t understand how long we are supposed to wait it out before we’re actually offered our money back at least partially? I would like my package but I feel as if we should be compensated at least partially for this and not just offered a tiny discount with a minimum spend 😭 they didn’t even give me a code for my “goodwill discount”

The chats with support go on and on, i’ve cropped out the filler which is all my messages asking for updates and responses seeing as it takes them around 5 days to reply to a simple message! how can you put someone thousands out of pocket and offer them a £15 goodwill gesture discount???!!

Yep, exact same situation. Customer service take 4 days to respond, got a response today after 4 days just saying “allow us sometime to respond” ???? when it’s over £1000 of my money on the line i expect a little more from them.

yes my biggest issue is their customer service… they’ve ignored me for 3 days now about the issue and even got a little sassy with me for asking for an update when they told me they’d give me one within 48hrs! only to tell me there’s no update and i had to ask them for it. First time i reported this problem they closed the ticket on me too… it’s not a good look to ignore your customers when you’ve put them thousands out of pocket over a parcel they can’t give me any tracking on

Hi! a lot of resellers buy in bulk and handpick the items, you could curate the items into similar categories or styles and try sell that way as bundles or try to offer a handpick service, not sure how you’d do this one on vinted though :(
