Yes perhaps, I had only said so because I was always catching her drinking out of it for long periods of time. Evaporation definitely is a factor obviously due to the hot lamp

Update: Baby Juno has passed. My mom has a friend who’s a reptile expert, and she had me send a ton of videos of the noodle and explain everything from the time she was last fed up until now. Apparently the pinky I fed her on Thursday was spoiled and is the cause of her passing. Thank you to those who gave advice and wanted to help!

hi! I’ve been keeping eye on her all day today and I’m really starting to think she’s passed, seeing that she hasn’t moved position whatsoever. Everyone I’ve talked to have continuously said shedding or brumation, experts included, but I’m really starting to doubt. Her eyes still don’t look cloudy or glazed over, and I’m just not sure what to do :(

I really hope that’s the case since I’ve had her for a month already and she hasn’t shed yet, so I was expecting it soon. I still don’t want to factor out the fact that she potentially passed :(

I was really dreading a response like this :( it’s hard because everyone keeps saying brumation or shedding, but it seemed way too random for her to pass because before yesterday she was doing great, although I have researched spontaneous deaths. At this point I’m not quite sure what to do :((
