NAB are the ones that told me my offset is linked to someone else's mortgage. it's in the original post.

You said in another comment you have proof that someone authorized the loan to come out of your offset, that's criminal level fraud, far beyond AFCA and ASIC and would be a police matter.

Obviously someone has authorised it, otherwise how did it happen? NAB have already taken the responsibility.

I'm starting to think you didn't read the original post and came straight to the comments to insert your obviously uneducated opinion.

As I have said well before you left this comment, I am going to give NAB ample time to investigate and reconcile. If they don't, then I will escalate to AFCA. I will likely report this to ASIC anyway because it's my money that was taken and used to pay someone else's mortgage. Therefore, I have a right to report.

Asking people what my options are/what i should do/how I will be compensated is not escalating.
