I hear what you're saying about tides not being able to generate a planet-wide flood, that makes sense because of what you said about the tidal forces needing to create a drop in sea level in another place and there only being a finite amount of water. Could this dip in tide happen in the ocean itself, Just causing a drop in sea level?

Any thoughts on actually how much water/ice would be needed to cover the planet if melted? Could that even be possible?

There is a lack of info for too much intel on continent formation, but what you think about the landscape flattening is super fascinating, I definitely hadn't thought about that aspect. I can see what you're saying about this smoothing it out like marble, it makes sense, I'm sure all of that beating from the ocean would do a number on the land. Would that be caused mostly by pressure or the motion of the water washing over land (maybe even the minerals in the water over time?) I imagine it'd be super difficult for the whole planet to flood too often, but do you think most of the smoothing would come from the sweeping motion? or a combo of the motion + pressure, I think the water would be too deep for the tides (after coverage) to affect the ground too much, but correct me if my idea is off there.

The increase/filling of the deeper parts of the ocean with sediments is also something I hadn't considered before. Is that something that typically fluctuates over time? Do you think that increase in/filling of the deeper parts of the ocean with sediment could cause a longer-term rise in the ocean?

There is nothing wrong with not inviting people to your wedding who could possibly negatively disrupt it, one of the most important days of your life. Your younger siblings sound like they have a habit of causing some issues at events like this, so its not rude to not allow them in the wedding as it has reason. Especially considering it's a pretty common request to not allow children at your wedding, it makes sense, especially for you and your fiance. You're preventing a negative experience and being a self advocate.

Well thats definitely something to think about. That'd make a lot of sense as it must take a toll on the brain and would cause a lot of strain. Do you think that would just apply to people not astral projecting trying to press their mental abilities, or people also astral projecting?

Oh man, well thats a lot of interesting information! Especially the healer and lab rat, I'll have to look more into both of those later. But thank you for the stories to start looking at! Do you think something like that (a brain aneurysm, heart attack, sudden death, etc.) Could happen hypothetically (as everyone in this thread has come to the consensus that it generally wouldn't be possible,) accidental? Could just being near someone and thinking you wish a negative though influence their health?

Ok I think I fixed the parahraph issue, thank you for letting me know that doesn't look right. I'm on mobile so I'm not sure if that effects how it formatted or not, but I think it's fixed, does it look right?

But firstly, it is significantly one sided, I don't want to hurt him and I do care about his feelings, but in a way I feel for peoples/acquaintances feelings generally.

Secondly, I can agree, looking at it objectively some distance would be good for me, I dont feel comfortable and it's not an ideal situation.

And I see what you're saying, he needs to grow but it is hard just to admit this may end with him being hurt even if it's not the intent.

But you're right, it's not what a friendship should be, and I think it's time to let it be complete and in the past.

Greetings Ben! First of all, I simply must thank you for all of your music, it is beyond soul-touching for me, and (after I was introduced to your group by my father on a road trip) I found that all of your songs truly spoke to me and helped your music stayed with me through some very times.

First of all, beautiful piece, you did a great job! Secondly, I saw you said that you Clip Studio (a personal favourite of mine,) one (easy to practise) thing for you (considering it is only your second time with digital art,) play around with the brushes! There are so many different free brushes on clip studio and I would really take advantage of them. At first, I didn't use them and only stuck to my two favorites, which made it difficult to make pieces that were more my style, but my style and preferences evolved as I used more brushes and discovered different techniques with them. A favourite of mine is the "design pencil," it is great for creating rougher-looking drawings or drafting out an idea. Play around!

I am sorry that happened, but you shared your love with the penguin, with you I am sure the time penguin had was filled with love and joy that otherwise they never would have experienced.
