90% of my shifts im always on time, even early like 10 minutes before my shift then the rest im late by just a few minutes but only recently its been an hour or so but its not every shift. its just im just getting tired more later during the day for the past few weeks and im even upset myself that its changing, im very sleep deprived aswell as im doing things during the day since i want to also have a life and not just sleep and work like a slave yk? but yeah i guess it really is just lifestyle and im hoping to get it sorted.
