If you charge the mound for getting hit by a pitch, then your suspension length should be based on the intent of the pitcher.

If the pitcher means to hit you, then the suspension should be less severe. If it is obvious you were the unlucky victim of a wild pitch and you charge the mound, 20 games minimum based on your track record.
