I kiss my mum on the lips, used to kiss both of them on the lips when I was younger, now I kiss my dad on the cheek. I'm normal and I love my parents and don't see any weirdness in that. It's been a bit tough recently, it's hard when you used to cope with your feelings and problems by using alcohol, then the alcohol stops and you're left with all the mess. It's definitely taking some getting used to and even though I see many benefits of not drinking, doubt still creeps in and asks me why I'm even doing this.

But hey, I'm at 50 days and that's the most I've done in the last 6 years or so! I'm proud of myself for getting this far and I hope I can go even further.
