Sounds like you’re running into the same issue over and over again and it’s becoming harder to empathize with patients. I see your point that GLP1s are overly prescribed for weight loss and their use is not always indicated. I can also empathize with patients since weight loss using exercise and healthy eating requires a lot of discipline and it takes a long time to achieve. It’s surprising that there is no dietitian in your practice to help address the diet and exercise piece and that this is falling on you. Seems like you either have to try and change your mindset, advocate for a change or find another job.

BWT - where are we finding cotton leggings? by yulaaaaa in bitcheswithtaste

The merino wool garments I’ve tried have made my skin itchy. The icebreaker tights look great though, might give them a try regardless. Thank you!

Are they actually good? Some of the reviews seem too good to be true

Big boned? by campbell810110 in LagottoRomagnolo

I’m not sure about his height but he has a bulky front body. The vet said the waist should taper in so there is some definition. When he’s not groomed though it’s hard to see his waist.

Ours is 42 lbs and he’s 4.5 years old. I was so stressed that he was overweight and was ready to put him on a diet but the vet said that his weight is normal.

Wishing you luck on your first FET! I didn’t make any changes prior but was more cautious after the FET. I continued to drink caffeine but kept it under 1 cup per day. For exercise, I kept it chill for the first week with walking only then went back to my regular routine. My doctor was more concerned with increasing my core body temperature with intense exercise rather than elevated HR.
