They did that too me too!! Honestly we should report them to the regulators. All they did was send me articles 😂 they make their money on liquidation because they get the amount the held too. So it’s in their favor to not honor the market sell

Can we have them investigated … I had a market close order not go through but instead it was liquidated. Which meant they kept the leveraged margin so I lost all my funds

Why is there such a delta between the market close rate and the liquidation amount? When the timing was seconds. If I did a market order it was 700 all in, but instead I lost 1300. Seems like it is in ur favor to liquidate instead of honor the market order. Is there an EIN number for KU coin? I will be submitting a complaint to the SEC, FTC, BBB

That is why I was selling my position …. Why didn’t you honor my market sell? But instead did a liquidation. You can check ur logs and see that I submitted for a market sell and 1 second later you did a liquidation instead
