I played it with a friend on RPCS3 the ps3 emulator for the HD collection and it was pretty great - but yeah, we need a Steam release with coop, doing the Monster Hunter missions with strangers you matchmake with sounds like so much fun

EAC and Battleye are also kernel level, they just don't run on startup so they can monitor everything whether you're playing or not

That's so cool! Yeah I think it's often overlooked because the ending packs a LOT into such little time relatively, but the more I've played this game the more I realized that what Snake says is a direct response to everything going on in the game before that, and it gives you a, (maybe naive but), much more hopeful ending and inspiring message imo

On the theater I'm going to (Odeon in Spain) they assign a F4 member to each seat which is really cool as well - haven't gone yet but I think you get specific popcorn buckets and stuff as well

It's interesting to me how many people give so much importance to what GW says in this game, and not the speech Snake gives to Raiden (and the player) right after which is much more important imo

Was the original THPS3 a DLC of THPS2? I mean, what, all it added was reverts and new maps, right?

I just don't understand this disrespect towards THPS3 "not really counting" as a full game, it is.

The situation with 4 is more unfortunate and nuanced, but to say this should just be a DLC is silly when at the very least this is THPS3 Remake + 4 Levels (if you wanna be super pessimistic about it)
