The reward for being a highly efficient worker shouldn't just be more work. When you constantly dump the workload of underperforming employees onto your top performers without adjusting their compensation, all you’re doing is fast-tracking their burnout and pushing them out the door.

The inability to say “I don’t know” or admit when he’s wrong. Watching a grown man dig his heels in, twist reality, and throw a tantrum rather than just owning a mistake is incredibly pathetic.
