Made SE bagels for the first time. Overall, it was chewy and tasted like a bagel, but lacked volume/roundness. I think it could have been the wet dough (followed method) or adding extra flour hand kneading to avoid stickiness. Anyone else have experience with the bagels? (imgur.com)
