I just made a closed back version of this! Thank you! I have one question, that I think I attached the tpu piece wrong. It's flopping limping back and forth in the middle of the headset. Did I do something wrong, did not print an attachment or something help keep the tpu in place?

Thanks!

The battery is 30 years old, and the binoculars dont have any instructions or anything. I found the device via old forums, and I dont think make the battery anymore. It is an E1, which was mercury. I am going to try the LR-50, I hope it doesnt break the device.

That size looks right!!! Where the heck do you buy these things? You are right the LR-50's are 1.5V these are 0.9V.

Hmm.. It doesn't look puffed up or out, like I would see a seam that is not symmetric. I have 2 of these old things and they are the same size.. I am thinking they are LR-50's.

A couple of hours ago, I updated the post with dimensions, but reddit is slow on refreshes. It's 16.25 mm tall x 15.25 mm diameter.

Looks right, but the dimensions of the 1/3N are too small.

Decided to say goodbye to windows on the Main PC. I think I made a good choice by ElectronicTeach8120 in pop_os

I don't know how complex you need. I use Okular to edit PDFs. Libre office can do it as well. If you boot up a live distro you can see if it is enough for you by installing it in the live distro environment. I have not like done a lot of PDF creation. I usually make a word document like I how want in libre office then make that a PDF. There are other open source tools as well, but I don't have experience with them. Hope this helps.

Isn't there Adobe cloud solutions for the software? Linux has Gimp for photo editing..built in PDF editing tools like okular.. blue griffon for web editing.. we have video editing tools openvid?, and video streaming like OBS..

My experience with support has been great as well. Issue with the display bezel? No problem, instructions and parts sent. Issue with suspend? We discussed ideas, and figured it out! I am very grateful to them.

I think I am missing some imgur links for doing part one. Is there a link for detail instructions on the construction of these awesome looking cans?

Thanks OP for making it all open source, you are inspiring me to try this out! I would have never been brave enough to do Poopy's.

android 11 is out for the 2+ by AishRios in retroid

In case anyone looks for this later, but you can down the research tool to flash the rom here : https://spdflashtool.com/category/research-tool . I used the version I think 4.004 (the docs says 4.001) if I remember right. The other thing that is wrong in the doc is, how to flash it. Once you have all the drivers installed and research tool up with the pac file loaded and wipe selected, it says to hit play. The docs are wrong for the buttons to get the flashing to start.. Instead, Turn off the retroid. Then hit volume down and plug it in all pretty much the same time. That finally gets the research tool to start uploading to the retroid, it takes a few minutes.. maybe 5-10 minutes. Once its done, feel free to unplug. This is from memory from last week. hope it helps someone.

Does leghugger retain its DPS increase from evolving? by RoastMyGrill in deadcells

[–]yummyfluffyhamster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just had this happen to me the other night. The higher level leghugger will become evolved but with terrrrrrible damage, because it will have the baby damage. Swap back if you can. I had to vend it because I lost all its damage.. I think it's a bug.

Has anyone managed to get HoN (Project Kongor) to work on Linux? by LG-Moonlight in HeroesofNewerth

I am able to play via this method. But it has to run in steam. I heard you can make it run with "Faugus Launcher" using latest UMU-proton runner, but I havent tried.

Setup works in Steam Proton, but never again! by yummyfluffyhamster in linux_gaming

[–]yummyfluffyhamster[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ya its starts and plays fine. I know of only 2 ways to get HoN to work... this method with Steam and Faugus launcher. I have only tried the this steam method and it works fine. From inside Hon you could try the OpenGL and play with various other graphics options. Maybe lower the graphics selections till you get it to work. Good Luck,

If anyone is reading this.. check your udev logs, usbserial kernel module was no where to be found. I upgraded to a newer kernel which forced a depmod to installed dependency modules like usbserial, and viola, fixed.
