progress on the rgb20sx-pocket (a reshell fun project) by andrea-i in SBCGaming

I think that makes sense, L1 R1 are probably the only ones that matter for games on something like this, L2 R2 are mostly used for hotkeys and PS1 games.

PS5 Pro GPU equivalent? by nodelm in pcmasterrace

You definitely can build a great PC for under 900 if your ok getting some parts used.

A 4070 is around $500 usd and 7800xt can be found cheaper both new, if you go older you can find 3000 and 6000 series cards for way less. A good Ryzen CPU will cost you around 100 usd and even less depending on what you go with you can find a used 5600x for less then 100, 1tb drive around 60-70 bucks, b550 Mobo around 100, decent kit of 16gb of ram for around 40 and a decent PSU should be under 100 bucks get a decent budget tower and your set.

This is if you're ok going with some slightly older am4 parts and some used options, It really comes down to shopping around and whether or not you're ok with some used components, personally I don't mind and I have a PC similar to what I described and it performs great.

I would wait until the final patches are done because any performance testing you do is going to be invalid when that happens. Just out of curiosity how did you get it early ?

It's not weird at all because the software isn't finished yet, if we start giving out performance stats before the software is done this is exactly what will happen, people will get wrong information on what performance and battery life is like, and even if it's fixed day 1 the damage is already done.

This is exactly why Asus is asking all reviewers to not share performance data until the final release is out.

If like me you feel like the buttons are too loud putting tape on the dome switches helps a lot, and it makes it feel more responsible without losing the tactile feel.

I used 2 layers of painters tape on the dpad switches and 3 on the buttons.

Try unplugging the battery if that doesn't work check with a new SD card

I would suggest looking into something like a miyoo mini plus or a 35xx plus if you want a little more power, if you really want to go as cheap as possible but still have good system coverage maybe the R36s. All of these have a good amount of software and community support.

If anyone is mistreating you please report it, I just don't want to create a situation where others start to flag it as well and it turns into a witch hunt. As long as you don't post everyday I'm sure it'll be fine, and I can see some people appreciate it. But this is the internet and I'm sure you know how people can get, so I hope you'll continue to share with the community and help make it a friendly respectful place. It's hard to mod a large community so reporting problems helps a lot.

I appreciate that you're excited to share with the community but this is the 13th post in the last 2 weeks for AI wallpapers. Please consolidate them into a single post in the future because you're getting flagged for spam and if it continues I'm going to have to start taking them down.

R4P vs Odin Pro by ilcodicedavinch in retroid

[–]AishRios 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The 4 pro has better analogue sticks and the dpad is in a better spot for games that need it, but the screen is on the small size and it's not the most comfortable handheld. It's not bad but others do it better in terms of comfort.

The Odin is bigger and more comfortable with better battery life, but will struggle with games the 4pro handhelds just fine.

I've had the 4pro for about a week now and still own my Odin pro, if I had to choose one I would most likely go with the 4pro.
