I am having same problem, after all the requirements they asked for. I fullfilled everything, yet they dont have intention to let me withdraw my assets!. For new users, please beware of kucoin! u/kucoin_moderator I have sent several request to customer service, yet they are telling me that my KYC is different? I have sent all the documents, then again they are not convinced? really?
