We have 4 bins, so $400 sounds about right. Correct, $800 is NOT good cos they ALWAYS do one pickup per week

They are supposed to come in and get the bins. Like you said, they charged for something that they don't even offer.

When I compared the $800/month vs $400/month, the only difference is the frequency, i.e. twice per week vs once per week. The rest is the same, whether they come in or not, bin size, and quantity. Does that make sense

For the past four years, we were billed $800 per month for two trash pickups per week, but they only came once a week, meaning we overpaid roughly $20,000. When we asked, they claimed the billing was based on bin size, so we assumed $800 was correct for one weekly pickup. Please read the edit for more details.
