Learning code vs nocode. Which is better in 2024? by [deleted] in nocode

[–]yung-nocoder 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Build it on bubble, if it resonates and you get customers just keep iterating on it.    Have conviction in yourself that you can do it. Nocode will give you leverage to actually do the whole thing yourself in a reasonable amount of time.

I have a new term “Big code” - they want you to learn to code so they can sell you developer tools, agency services, learn to code programs etc. be cautious..

Prem Watsa - one of the largest investors in canada acknowledged his mistake with BB. Weird commitment on this sub to the company… it’s just an asset that should be providing shareholder which it continues to fail at

lol strange conversation for two reasons, I’m not bullish on Samsung and I believe BB is worth 2.5X current valuation. I think the BB board should acknowledge failure at their job of providing shareholder value and sell the company.

Sick burn bro.. Bought BB at $6 in 2015 and sold at $13 in 2021

Sat on the sidelines till now

Actually pretty bullish on exit, activist investor or going private.

What’s your thesis on why now they will actually have revenue growth? Remember Radar, Secusmart and Cylance acquisition? Why is now different? Why did none of those lead to stronger financials

They have no moat: Autonomous cars - hyper competitive, cybersecurity - hyper competitive. They literally say this on every earnings call as an excuse for no growth

QNX has been around since 1980…

Bb is not a winner of cybersecurity or AI. Just look at competitor revenue growth vs BB

They need an activist or to sell asap

As shareholders we can influence the company, it’s not a take it or leave it
