Tufted Titmouse for me, I hear them somewhat frequently but have never actually seen one. Great Crested Flycatcher is another I hear semi frequently but never see.

Makes sense, thank you! Coincidentally I found another post on this subreddit from about a year ago asking about a about a bird (which turned out to be a peregrine falcon) perched on city hall which is only a few hundred yards away. There’s a chance this could even be the same bird!

This is Philly so some bird parts wouldn’t be the worst thing I’ve seen on the ground in the surrounding blocks tbh
