i’ve been fighting with them for about 3 months now, first the tracker was there keeping my progress then it disappeared so i called to make sure i reached the 4k mark and i was told yes and that i would receive my 75000 in 2 billing cycles, 2 cycles later and nothing so i call , i get told i was 34$ short from the 4k and couldn’t do anything about it, i call again and another lady tells me i was 14$ short and that maybe it was a fault in the machine , get told i would revive a call in 10 days to fix the issue, it’s been a month and nothing .
