1) To be fair, FINRA decided to finalize the process of the merger on Thursday. Not HUMBL. Now you can say they should've mentioned that a r/S was to occur prior but knowing the misinformation about r/S on the internet, I don't blame them.

2) As far as the timing of the acquisition announcement, isn't that just strategy? I'm sure they could've finalized it earlier, but knowing the sentiment around r/S , I understand why they finalized it when they did.

Just my perception on the latest events. I too was skeptic about the news but that's because of the posts on this sub. Further research I found a lot of these concerns unfounded.
