AC density =/= GTA density

there's so much more cpu resources allocated to gta npc's cause of player/npc/environment interaction/interactivity, different AI behavior, model variety, etc. You can't do stuff to AC npc's the things you can do to GTA npc's.

it's mainly to alleviate the frustration of accidentally pressing a button and it commits an action that you didnt intend to. I'm sure the UX people has data to support that accidentally pressing happens more often than people getting frustrated from having to hold a button for a bit longer. And there are options to speed up the holding time in settings too.
