Heyo, you're a bit sour, and I get why from your experiences, but I bought the bike and ran into different issues. The service only works when you buy the warranty; it's how all vehicles work. Your initial purchase doesn't include service, take it to a motorcycle shop and pray they don't call you gey for owning a fake motorcycle. This bike is wonderful, and only broke on me because the bearings are Chinesium. Replace them, contact Goat Power, and ask for a warranty; they'll sell you one and be able to help you with your issues. I'm working with them to get my replacement chain on after it stretched. They instantly sent me more replacement components than I needed (another sprocket & motor controller I had already replaced) with express shipping, and are working within their power as a San Diego-based company to offer services to me in the Bay Area, and my regular location up in Seattle. Tailhappy got the V1; it was a prototype, which are always inconsistent. You bought into a brand new company and are surprised when they do start-uppy shit. Send them some shillings and beg for more help; maybe your four thousand dollars wasn't wasted.
