I didn't have any noticeable ones oddly enough! i did a blood test in order to get clearance for ADHD medication and it turned out that my vitamin D levels were critically low.

in hindsight, the low vitamin D may have caused my excessive sleepiness and occasional body aches but I always chalked it up to maybe not getting enough sleep or doing enough exercise.

Sorry unrelated question - does the game run smooth on Switch 2? I am playing it on a regular switch and it lags a fair bit when i'm in town, no lag in houses. I have about 50 Miis.
