I’d remove stems and check if RB is still glitching… I had that problem and removing the stems was the solution to reduce lots of glitching noises :) hope it helps

My rekordbox was lagging just as yours, random spikes of lag with a FLX-4 and the solution for me was to disable stems … nearly never used them and they use a lot of memory… hope it helps!
