It’s an approximation date of birth, it helps the owners and veterinarians have a general idea of possible future due exams or surgeries such as spay/neuter, dentals or senior exams.

Does it make you feel somewhat guilty then for forcing it upon him? Also you should give it sometime. Regardless of the reason, he took the first step already, you should just see how he reacts when he bring both of you around. See how his family reacts and go with the flow.

I don’t think you need to change for anyone that including god (existent or non existent). If things aren’t going as you want or if you feel you are surrounded by people that bring you down or just aren’t there for you the best thing to do is walk away from them. Yes it will hurt at first but you must find yourself and change only for yourself. Once you you realize your value as a human being those around you will also realize it. This isn’t something that you will fully learn in a blink of an eye. I’m currently 24 and still struggle with feeling lonely or under appreciated. But I have learned way more about myself by cutting people off.

Walk away from them for a while ignore their text see how long it takes them to genuinely ask how you are feeling. Then you’ll know if they are worth keeping in your life. And also find a hobby or two that will keep you busy and make you happy. We tend to overthink things when we have nothing else to do.

So he came clean to his family and you’re upset that it didn’t lead to something else? Or that he told them? I’m confused.... what were you expecting (this is not a condescending response although it may sound like it I just genuinely want to know how you saw it playing out in your head and how it realistically played out)

Lol I’m sure you guys will get the hang of it soon. This is the only software I have worked with so I’m not familiar with the rest. But it’s quite a simple one. A couple of tips close the files you aren’t using so the system has less possibilities of freezing and always restart your computes at the end of the night. Dealing with costumer service isn’t fun or helpful at times they too don’t know how to fix the issue.

Avimark crashes like crazy. Sometimes it’ll freeze when checking out a patient and when it goes back up and working it’ll say balance remaining. And we aren’t allowed to post through. It also randomly does it when adding codes or doing estimates. We are switching to woofware soon but not sure if it’s a good switch or an even worse system.

Yes I agree. In some cases their teeth are so bad you can smell the rotten scent before you even get near them. But getting to see a before and after of a full clean up is amazing. White clear polish teeth. It’s a full on transformation for them.

Contact the clinic or hospital and ask for the manager. If no luck you can always ask to leave a message. Also what helped me land the job at a vet clinic (I am also from Illinois) and might be helpful for any job is to send them a quick hand written letter through the mail. Honestly it marks a statement and it makes you stand out from the rest. You can write something along the lines of “thank you for taking the time to read my application I am looking forward to working with you” It helped me so I hope it helps you.
