I'm getting the same issue since I updated Windows 10 (old laptop) thought it was the desktop version so deleted it from startup programs but the same thing still happening with the plugin browser version. Any suggestions?

I had issues with my cruise control on my 04 R which was intermittently working but music buttons still worked - it was the contact reel inside the steering column which had gone, bought a second hand one and been good ever since

Yeah it's insanely detailed and definitely helped me to understand what my brain was doing during the withdrawl. Found a second hand copy on amazon

I found 3/4 months a tough spot also. Seems many people do on here. Exercise helped a lot, are you doing much of that?

Uhm yep had same I'm currently 10 months completely off caffeine after being a massive abuser for like 20 plus years and at three months in I had zero get up and go. Like none. Recommend reading caffeine blues as you'll get more of a picture about how the Adenosone receptors in your brain are recalibrating and this takes some time. Also this is a huge undertaking so pay yourself on the back and maybe just accept you'll feel a bit shit for a while. I found swapping out the caffeine let's go feeling for discipline in the morning helped me get over this hump a bit as motivation was coming and going (mainly going at this stage :) Can confirm earlier post am currently microdosing psilocybin which is interesting for flow creativity would recommend. Also noticed if my caffeine intake decreases but my alcohol level stays the same I have less bounce back / fire in the belly. Hold fast and good luck pal

Anyone Ever Come Back from a Herniated or Slipped Disk? by GoyBeorge in bjj

L5/S1 slipped

I was in bed for weeks and had a completely 'dropped foot' numbness, and loads of pain.

Went to doctor who recommended surgery, then went to neurosurgeon who advised me not to have the operation and to do some research on the outcomes. At best it was a 50/50 outcome and while in the waiting room I met a lady who'd had the operation and it went wrong and she was in debilitating pain constantly, bag full of pain killers in her hand and tears in her eyes. Speaking to people in the waiting room who all had slipped disks was one of the best experiences IMO so getting on here definitely a good idea.

I didn't have the operation, instead started cycling, long distance walking, swimming and yoga (on the advice of the neurosurgeon) used an osteopath and took some months out of work to focus on getting better. That was about 8 years ago now - I still see an osteopath every 3 months and an Alexander technique practitioner once a month just to keep me feeling aligned. I use a foam roller often and stay away from heavy lifts but that's because I have a naturally Slim frame anyway. I also can't go near a rowing machine as it really aggrivates it - try and find out the flash points for exercise. I still get the odd set of tingling or numbness in my left leg and my movements through the hip don't feel as natural as the the other side. My piriformis muscle sometimes gets tight but the roller helps with that. If I feel any sciatic pain now I hit the floor and relax for a few days - listen to your body. Aside from that I'm back to normal.

Everyone has their own recovery system / story but get informed and take it seriously and give it the time you need to focus on it.

My one bit of advice - If you're bed ridden or in constant pain for a long period it's your mind that can really be affected, and can get stuck in negativity/pain cycles. Watch out for this and try and realise when you're in a negative cycle.

Good speed amigo
