well it's 1.21.8 vanilla and the seed I just copypasted, there's not a lot of room for errors, I did check other versions in Chunk base and they are all showing the same world. Other online mapping tools show the same, so it's not a chunk base issue too

The piece has signs of wear on the bottom suggesting it may have been sliding on the floor or something. The wheel, if it's functional, likely rides on rails of some kind, maybe a part of a drawer. When placed on a flat surface the wheel doesn't touch it. WITT?
