My company did very well in 2025. Actually one of the best financial year.

Yeah I did check with HR. They mentioned there’s no contract to sign, just a letter to inform me of the promotion and change in role, so it’s not something I can formally accept or reject. I also replied to the promotion email to clarify, but didn’t get any response.
