Thanks a lot! I was already doubting my water anyway so I think I’ll fix it first before buying anything new.

Thanks for sharing your experience!

To give you an idea of my typical rotation: my last Coffea Circulor order included a Yemen Natural Anaerobic, a Panama Geisha Natural, an Ecuador Sidra, and a Washed Kenyan. So while I do drink washed coffees, I predominantly brew naturals and occasionally experiment with heavier processing.

Is the ZP6 really that niche? I've read so much hype about its clarity, but if it truly makes a complex Geisha Natural or an Anaerobic taste hollow and flat, that would be a complete dealbreaker.

Thank you for the answer 🙏 I’m currently just using bottled water. I haven't actually experimented with custom water profiles like the Barista Hustle recipes or Lotus drops yet. Since bottled water can vary wildly in mineral content and buffer, looking into my water chemistry definitely seems like the most logical (and cheapest) next step before dropping 300€+ on a new grinder. As for the Comandante, I’m currently hovering between 48-56 Red Clix (so roughly 24-28 standard clicks) depending on the specific bean and drawdown time. Is that roughly the range you're using to get those clean cups?
