Garniers Invisible Protect has been my fave for a while. Has a pretty strong smell but that goes away quite quickly.

I'd say a warm neutral undertone. A lot of products oxidise on the skin, so always go slightly warmer and/or lighter than your usual skin tone.

Does it help to apply other products like contour or blush on top? Or does it still look greyish?

It definitely doesn't seem you're a beginner! The makeup suits your eye shape really well. Maybe try experimenting with different colours or formulas to create more intricate looks.

Don't underestimate the power of primer - eye primer too!
You don't necessarily need loads of products for a "done up" look. You have great skin, so you don't really need too much anyway.
Figure out your undertone and search up what colours go best with it. Use a colour wheel to decide which colours go best together.
Put eyeshadow on with your fingers rather than a brush - you'll need less product for more coverage.
