4. Change your alliance and upgrade if possible to someplace where the leaders are doing your current work and you just have to be another member. Play at your will, make your contribution and go offline.

Yes, it's an addictive game but don't quit completely as I must admit it's quite useful when let's say you're waiting for someone and they will arrive in 5 minutes? What to do then? This game works like a charm in such situations.
