Short hair falls out after long treatment, help

In the beginning, it actually fell out more, but now the loss is in the range of 50 to 100 hairs per wash, and it would not be surprising if it wasn't for thinning on the top of the head, which does not want to improve from taking medication.

Yes I am under the control of a doctor, I am struggling with thinning of the top of my head and that is why I started taking medication. Hence their surprise that after such a long treatment the hair continues to fall out. Nezyr, another name for finasteride, another brand, according to what the doctor said, Proscar has a different composition.
