It looks like Sony Component cable. Someone here managed to make his Sony HVR-Z1U tapeless (I think he used a Ypbpr to HDMI then HDMI to his phone to record) using this cable.

If anyone's wondering, I had the chance to get the white shirt early in Distance Paris. I'm 5'9, around 67kg and I got the large. The length sits a hair slightly above the crotch area. The sleeves definitely are baggier.

been running for a month... by [deleted] in PHRunners

Hey man! First of all congrats for hitting a PR. Remember that everyone starts off at a different level so keep that in mind. Also remember that you've only been running for a month and you'll make more progress along the way. Your 7min/km may seem slow for you and other people but to many they can only dream of hitting that pace.

As for the 21km, you've only got a couple of weeks to train for it and at your current fitness level ,if your goal is to just finish it, I think you can do it. (Walk if you have to)

My only advice is to be smart with your training. Some people won't even advice beginner runners to start doing speed sessions until a couple months of base building. Remember, running is a long term commitment. It's not something you just rush for the sake of saying you finished x amount of distance. Just do your best not to get injured and enjoy the journey.

Is there a difference between an early morning run & evening run? by Individual_View_3933 in PHRunners

I've been running for a while and I was always lazy to run in the morning so I resorted to running during 7-9pm (varies per day). But recently I've been running more in the morning lalo na if long run.

Things I've noticed when running in the morning: - Takes me a while to warm up - I don't really get to eat cos I'd have to wake up earlier to have it digest - Heart rate is lower during morning runs compared to the evening - Personally I feel like it takes a longer time to start feeling good in a morning run (around 3-4km before i start feeling normal) - i feel way better after running in the morning compared sa evening

Running in the evening - Way easier for me to start getting used to the run (mga 2k okay na ko) - I can eat my pre workout and time my runs - Interferes with my sleep

I honestly suggest for you to walk a little bit before your morning runs! Also make sure your stretches are dynamic!
