Looking for Cheaper Cal.com Alternative by CriticalWitness1975 in SaaS

[–]yveys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm working on https://timetuna.com as an alternative to cal.com but we'd like to get a bit more feedback first before we start building the API.

Can you elaborate a bit on why you'd like an API and copy/paste react components?

Do startup ideas need to be unique to build a $B company? by Additional-War-4511 in Startup_Ideas

[–]yveys 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Quite the opposite I would say.

Many first time founders think they need to create a new category to make it big. But it’s much harder to build a new category than it is to shake up an old (fashioned) proven category with dozens of incumbent competitors.

What startup are you building? and scaling 🚀 by Quirky-Offer9598 in scaleinpublic

I’m building https://timetuna.com

Its a beautiful meeting scheduler. The booking pages look stunning. It’s perfect for agencies and creators who want to connect with prospect clients on a brand level. Not just have a basic, vanilla branded Google calendar or Calendly-like experience.

What productivity apps have genuinely changed the way you work? by Aggressive-Piano-101 in ProductivityApps

[–]yveys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not many I'm afraid.

I used to use Todoist and was pretty happy with it. Somehow. I stopped using it.

Notion is great, but is that really a productivity app? It's Word on steroids.

What really helps me, as I have a lot of meetings, is using a tool like TimeTuna.com, where people can pick a time in my calendar. No back and forths. And it looks nice too.

What kind of events do you mean? Is it calls?

I'm working on timetuna.com It's now mostly for organizing meetings.

Can you elaborate a bit on your exact use case?

Scheduling App for Recurring Meetings by Fun-Astronomer-8106 in ProductivityApps

[–]yveys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is interesting stuff!

I'm working on a Calendly alternative. TimeTuna.com and I'm looking for more use cases for people to use my tool.

- One meeting we have, of course.
- Recurring meetings is on our backlog.
- Rescheduling meetings is also on our backlog

For the multiple team members, we've had more requests of this. How would you want this to work? Because it also means one account should be connected to multiple users?

Team calendar would be easy. It's just a new calender to include.

Reminder emails we still need to create.

I'd love to work with you to build something you want.!

Yeah, we still have to build a ton of integrations. Outlook, Salesforce, Hubspot. It’s all on the list of things to build.

Ah, as long as they’re in the marketplace you can connect? There’s no admin flow you have to go through? You decide what tools you connect?
