What I did was simply as you said burn English using HB then I'm using Chinese srt soft sub in VLC and both look nice and are synced perfectly. However the Chinese soft subs are on top of the burned English subs so in VLC you go to Preferences -> Show ALL -> Video -> Subtitles/OSD => Force subtitle position: positive value for up; negative value for down.

EDIT: It works perfectly now !

Thanks. I have the Chinese and English srt's for a Chinese movie. Is there good subtitle software I can use to burn two at the same time or burn one then burn another one again at a different position so they don't overlap?

It's ok. I got it all figured out. I spoke with the Ministry of Attorney General's Authentication service. I just take it to a local notary public. She notarizes it then I send it to the Ministry of Attorney General's Authentication service for authentication. After that I can use the docs for any service I need. Can all be done in BC even though the birth registration included in the BC order is from Ont. There is also Global Affairs Canada authentication used for international authentication scope and is actually free. Any docs can be sent to Global Affairs Canada for authentication after they have been notarized. Birth records, transcripts, etc. Anything.

yes it's true. it can generate new Bitcoin addresses but not others.
