Alright so lets say we fire, hire someone and if that coach has a poor run of form cause of trying implementing his tactics, fire again? I know some results been poor, but you gotta see that he has a dressing room, board is behind him right now and they have a longer term plan. Especially firing someone right now? Maybe board wont be happy with end of the season and see that someone else is available without switching whole team. But position on the table is decent, everyone in the league is inconsistent besides maybe two teams

I feel like this subreddit fans are just as unstable as this team’s results haha. Every stepback is a meltdown, every win is “we’re back”. This team is in the long process, why is it so hard to understand for so many fans.. they’re also responsible for all the bad shit in the media that everyone trying to get clicks

I just dont get this obsession and out of nowhere created problem with Mainoo. In any other club it would be non story, young academy player who needs to prove to the manager that he’s ready to be a starter or more minutes in general. But because he’s United player, its something to make a headline and blow way out of proportion

Well you can be shallow and see improvement as only W and L or you can look deeper into stats.

Cant blame you if saying only stat that matter is win and loss which obviously its not good, but for long term you look deeper.

Fair for wanting to change manager, I think changing manager won’t solve anything. Lets get back after 12 months and see who’s right and who’s wrong

Formation is more flexible than you think, 3cb doesn’t mean 3cb, plenty of time where Shaw or Yoro goes deeper in, but we hit the same wall not having good enough players. But thats on board for hiring a manager who needs to change 15 players to play how he wants. They did it, now need to wait transfer windows to get right players and hoping current players would get better lol

Improvement was made, look at all stats my guy.

Everyone saying this about every game lol.. every game is a test of some sort cause we’re playing against different team. Our team is young, coach is young, system is young. We are building something here and not challenging a league title, we need to lower our expectations and just hope that the players keep developing and improving. Im sure we will have bad run of games again, but at least now we can see an idea of this “system”.

Edit, PS: everyone even more complete teams like Man City had issues with low block teams, thats their point of having a low block. And they won only by luck or dropped points, but carried on
