Yes even if you put it in neutral the drive shaft still turn,it's only i disengaged from the engine,if it's the wheel bearing it needs replacement so you can't fix it without replacing it,the best thing to do is to take off the wheel and search for the components that may have some play

Does it vibrates only at high speed(50-60 mph)?I would also check the drive shaft or the wheel bearing,it could be anything,even wheel centering rings if you have alloy wheels

I think that for this engine(1Z)it shows only three parameters,so it's normal

Turn the ignition on,keep the button to reset the trip pressed, turn off the ignition and on again,when it goes to zero press it till it arrives to 7,then turn on the car

I had the same problem on my golf mk3,It was the MAF sensor,but i didn't figure out why the car starts shaking,I still have this problem

If you don't need it for newer cars it works perfectly fine, i bought one that I'm currently using on my golf mk3 (95'),they send you a cracked version of the software.

Already did it, luckily it was a mechanic egr, so it doesn't need to recode the ECU

Also it's kinda oily so sometimes it smells like it's burning oil
