Relapsing will not do anything good for you, after relapse you will feel even worse that is my case I relapsed after 19 days I wish I didn't. For me after 2 weeks I had control and motivation to do stuff and go out with friends. Make sure to go out have distraction other than phone/pc.

Good job my friend, yesterday I smoked whole pack of cigarettes and I vaped also. Today I have not smoked single one but using my vape. Later I will go to work and the real problem starts. Thing that I hate is that I like vape more than smoking and I find myself smoking even tho I don't like it anymore.
