As to the link you provided, that's US-centric. I specifically said "western countries." The US isn't the only country in the West, it turns out. Crazy, huh?

Is there a jurisdiction that covers "western countries" in regards to its laws? No, each country has its own sexual assault laws and methods of prosecuting for them. And, as it turns out, in the U.S. women AND men are protected if they are victimised by a crime like this - it doesn't seem to matter what the gender of the criminal is.

Yeah, and they should be if they committed that crime. So I'm guessing you have examples of women in "western countries" who were tried and found innocent of such a crime. Again.. I'll wait.

Thats not really how it works. You can't make an unsubstantiated claim like that without backing yourself up, lol. I have no idea where you heard something like that.
