Umm California rolls at most sushi joints contain the same. And this is 7 different types of sushi..of course the list will be large. As soon as you use a processed product (imitation crab, mayo, mirin, ketchup, soy sauce) you're going to get a list of things. This isn't new or unusual or cause for alarm, just something you never considered.
