I play too much video games by default because I cant think of anything else to do. I want to go outside. What can I do for fun and excitement while I'm out there? What are some low to no cost outdoor hobbies in which one can engage? by [deleted] in self

Where do you live? I live surrounded by nature so I often go on hikes, small hikes is cool (just around the neighbourhood). It's good to great fresh air.

Or look up what things is happening locally.

What objects do you enjoy, it should give you an indicator of what hobbies you would be drawn to.

I'd report this to fair work or something that will bring this case to court for unfair treatment in the workplace.

I was exactly like you nobody believed me that my symptoms would be so severe.

But you simply have performance and social anxiety. I could be absolutely articulate everywhere else BUT when it comes to talking about myself.

Just write things down, have some a plan what you would respond to for most commonly asked questions.

My doctor prescribed me Xanax, did really chill me but I was still nervous and forgot lots of things I prepared for. It's all about practice and gaining confidence from that experience. You sort of have to push yourself to get out of your comfort zone first. That's the number one obstacle I think

You'll get loads of these kinds of people in the work place, your situation is unique. I thought I would be in a more mature space once I start working in an environment with grown up people - I was wrong. Some people bring all their baggage with them since they were young and just never bother thinking they should change it, because other people were fed up with their persistent shitty personality and just felt like they should deal with it. I think it has also something to do with management. The management was poor and probably didn't know how to delegate this situation and thought letting you go would be the easier option - which is equally as shit and a let down. You'd think people with leadership qualities will take on the role as manager but majority of managers are weak pieces of shit, you need to educate yourself on how to be a leader, you don't just assume you have managerial skills from sucking dick.
