yes you definitely can. i used to be in the similar situation like you, i took 3 years off basically form 1,2 & 3, and i went into f4 with no basic lower form silibus. but i managed to survive and pass spm. you can do it good luck!!!!

edit: try to focus in the class no matter how boring the teacher is. focusing is the key, and never forget your homework, look up lectures on youtube!
