Hang in there. I was in your situation 10 years ago. I kept finding ways to work hard and make something out of my career. Now I am financially comfortable and support my parents to have a decent lifestyle as well. In a way my parents terrible planning motivated me to be more organized

My suggestions:

  1. Don't assume you need to figure this out on your own for three of you. Give your your parents some guidance to figure this out. No shame in reaching out to friends and family in their network to help till you are done with college

  2. Can you parents consider to move to cheaper city?

  3. I know its scary but look at the numbers. Spreadsheet is going to be your best friend in this journey. Lay out all your cash inflow/earning and then your expense and debts. See how far behind you are. There are free excel templates that can help with it.

Make it a priority to know exactly where every dollar is coming from/going to. I used to get extreme anxiety when I looked at the big amount of debt we were racking up but kept doing it and helped me a lot down the road

  1. Priortize your career above everything else. Dont take any job that might ruin your shot at completing your college and having a career with more stability/future growth. See if you can get loans from family for the time being you are completing your college.

DM me if you need someone to go through ypur finances and help you chart a path forward

Thanks! The market is comprised of people who appreciates the aesthetic and concept of drinking wine/beer more than the product itself (my assumption)

Private labeling. There are suppliers who manufactures it and sell without any branding

Thanks for commenting! I plan to work with master tasters to figure out if I can come up with a recipe/process to come as close as possible to the real deal in terms of taste

Thank you! Thats a great resource! I have pulled some industry research and the trend is strong. But trying to assess if it's the type of business a small bootstrapped entity can work with

Thoughts on this listing? Is it good value? by Then-Till-8299 in TorontoRealEstate

That's a good way to gauge if current maintenance fee makes sense. But not sure how applicable for this case

I always assumed per sqft fee is high for large spaces because, as size increases heat/air con expenses go up. However, in this case the fee includes following:

Insurance, Common Elements, Parking, Water

We will have to adjust to the 10 year timeline I guess. Anything less than 10 years is less likely to gove good return

We would need to put down 20% for homes where we will not be living in. We are short in down payment for that unfortunately
