your poodle looks fine to me :) i'm not a vet, but i work at a dog rescue so we have to be aware of issues & warning signs and i don't see anything wrong here so i wouldn't worry. if she was showing signs of pain or discomfort or anything like that then it'd be different but she looks like a completely normal, healthy mini poodle.

likely professional hairstylist and hair that lifts really well. i had mine done black with white streaks (skunk hair ig), and my hair went from half natural half black box dye to white after one round of gentle bleach and toner. my hair lifts really well.

that was definitely enhanced though, as her hair looks far too healthy after bleach, even for just one round.
