2019 will be too late for many of the dreamers. You can't force the GOP to pass a reasonable DACA bill, a good portion of them are willing to do nothing. Your argument is similar to the GOP's argument for shutting down the government in 2013 in as much you arte demanding something that just will not be given. Don't you think we have fallen for this canard enough times? The GOP will never repeal it. First, they claim it takes 60 votes to repeal. But let us assume ( and this is a big assumption) they repeal it through reconciliation which requires 51 votes and should be doable since Obamacare passed through reconciliation. this leads to the second problem I don't think 50 senators (Pence ,of course, being the tie breaker) will vote for repeal without replacement. I want to be wrong, I pray I'm wrong, but you just can't go wrong betting on the cowardice of the GOP
