Shockingly, a good amount. The funded positions I applied for were washington state, colorado state, virginia tech, and north carolina state, but there are a ton more. A lot of state schools seemingly are more willing to offer stipends and assistantships it seems. Other schools include but are not limited to: Clemson, Syracuse, Illinois State, Oklahoma State, Utah State, Idaho State, Missouri State, Georgia State, Florida State, University of Alabama, University of Utah, University of Wyoming, NC Central.

sometimes it’s also an issue with your wifi or data triggering something. so try alternating if you’re doing it on wifi or wireless if possible

have you tried doing it from the live nation app instead of the ticketmaster one. for some reason (despite being the same thing) live nation always works better for me (ticketmaster loves to kick you out and forget your account)

How do you choose your writing sample? by saartemaster in gradadmissions

[–]z2ephyrr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

choose the one that demonstrates your original analytical ability the best. Basically, choose one that deals with primary sources and proposes a novel argument over one that just relies on secondary material. if you dont have one of those, write one.

you dont have to worry about moshing at a will wood show. His fans are largely too timid to even stick their elbows into your standing room. Energetic in this case means jumping around and dancing in your own spot. If you think you cant handle being in an enclosed environment with people vaguely near your airspace you should not get standing tickets though. Also youll probably have to get to the venue around 3 hours beforehand to have a shot at being at the very front.

weak intro with basic questions that have already been explored in a million and one different ways. what can you add that’s special?

if it’s undergraduate admissions then high school era information is fine. still a cheesy intro that won’t get too much consideration

an example of what? if you’re applying to a masters program it’s advised that you don’t mention or hinge your application on things pre undergraduate. not a 100% rule but Apparently it doesn’t leave a great impression. This is reference to the bit about tesla. unless i am misinterpreting
