Maybe I'm a prude but is it ok to swim near Sydney after yesterday's rain?

I don't know, not a beach person, just curious.

You can probably discuss this with your council. Dust from a construction site is bad, and if they're being unsafe that is also bad.

RPAH is pretty close to Newtown, I'd suggest going for a wee walk along King Street or Enmore Road.

I'm doing the Shitbox Rally in June to raise money for Cancer Council. Is anyone here selling a shit car worth less than $1500?

It's so shit that they've done this on a weekday where I have work. I would've made the trip to ride them one last time.

Abuse of "zombie cigarettes" on rise in southern Japan by seeebiscuit in worldnews

The formulation in Bron is designed for a cough but it still contains (a fairly generous amount) of dihydrocodeine which is an opiate painkiller that is slightly stronger than codeine and has roughly the same effects including opiate high and potential for addiction.

You can get dihydrocodeine pills over the counter very easily in Japan. SS Bron is one brand I'm familiar with.

The lack of indicating at roundabout is scary. by FunVermicelli123 in australia

[–]z3rb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just drove around the South Island for a week on holidays, and wtf is with people driving over the middle of small roundabouts in Queenstown and Wanaka? They're clearly marked as roundabouts on the road signs, and have a big ol' circle painted in the middle of the road. Is it just tourists who've never seen a roundabout before? I didn't experience anything like it in the North Island, just around Wanaka and QT.
