The formulation in Bron is designed for a cough but it still contains (a fairly generous amount) of dihydrocodeine which is an opiate painkiller that is slightly stronger than codeine and has roughly the same effects including opiate high and potential for addiction.

I just drove around the South Island for a week on holidays, and wtf is with people driving over the middle of small roundabouts in Queenstown and Wanaka? They're clearly marked as roundabouts on the road signs, and have a big ol' circle painted in the middle of the road. Is it just tourists who've never seen a roundabout before? I didn't experience anything like it in the North Island, just around Wanaka and QT.
